Shipping

all shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and some packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. Depending on your location our distribution facility will determine where your order may ship from to avoid delays in shipping. All orders are aimed to be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves the distribution centre. 

Returns and Refunds

All of our products are custom made for each customer and shipped upon their order. This allows us to remain sustainable and reduce high inventory production. Due to the nature of our products all items are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged.

In the event that your product is damaged/defective or lost during the shipping process we will replace your order. If your tracking indicates that the order has been delivered but you have not received the package, we are not able to provide replacements in these circumstances. We will do our best to work with the carrier to locate the package.

Please note that all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date to info@mxchaeljxseph.com. If your product is damaged/defective please provide photographic proof of damage within 24 hours of receiving the product in order to receive a replacement. 

In the event that you have provided a wrong address, the package is denied at customs, or the package is not deliverable it will be returned to our distribution centre. We will hold the package for 30 days and then it will be donated to charity. If your package is returned to our distribution centre you will have to re-pay the shipping fee and provide the correct address to have your package sent back to you.
